The Cash Management Implementation Officer is primarily in charge of delivering customized or client- specific Cash Management services, and developing configurations through managed deployments. In addition, the officer facilitates training with the client to ensure smooth customer experience in using the platform.Responsibilities Receive assigned projects/assignments Deploy specialized cash management services for referred clients Coordinate with clients for requirements gathering Develop implementation strategy for clients Jointly develop with client procedural guidelines to ensure smooth implementation Coordinate with internal units to ensure proper servicing of customized services Train users and assist in the installation of the security device. Route and monitor internal requests required for the deployment of products and services such as but not limited to company code and merchant definition Manage pilot runs when necessary Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to Product Managers Performs training for customized facilities QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration and other related fieldsPreferably has 2 years of experience in banking as a project/product officer, information systems auditor, help desk support, or ISG project representative
