Job Description

Develop and lead cross-functional technology teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with security and regulatory standards, while mitigating risks through robust infrastructure and processes.

Develop and implement the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to align technological initiatives with company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Proven expertise in leading large-scale technology initiatives within the financial services industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.

Experience in regulatory compliance and data security standards.

Experience in lending is a plus.
