Our client – a large, fast-growing, and successful company, a leader in its field – is expanding its team and inviting applications for the position of SALES PROJECT MANAGER (Latvian Market).Products: High-quality geosynthetic materials – geotextiles, drainage, and waterproofing solutions for infrastructure, construction, and environmental protection projects.Responsibilities:Develop and strengthen partnerships and client relationships in the B2B segment;Manage projects and coordinate the sales process from start to finish;Provide technical solutions to clients together with the engineering team;Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of sales, experience in geosynthetics or construction materials is an advantage;Independent, responsible, and results-driven mindset;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Good command of English (spoken level);Driver’s license (Category B) .Company offers:Stable salary (from 2000 Eur neto) and motivating bonus system;Professional development in a strong international company;Flexible work environment and trust-based culture;Supportive team and long-term cooperation.
