TCS provides a unique, internationally compatible service in the MENA region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations of the studio, manage projects, lead and motivate the team, handle customer service and ensure excellent communication. The Studio Manager will also drive sales, liaise with clients, and ensure the smooth execution of garment manufacturing from concept to completion.Who we're looking for:Someone who:Has experience managing a team or studio (fashion, tailoring, or production background preferred). Is detail-oriented and calm under pressure.Communicates clearly and professionally.Genuinely enjoys supporting creatives and bringing order to a fast-paced environment. Is trustworthy, responsible, and proactive someone who takes ownership and cares about doing things well.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing daily studio operationsCoordinating designer production and timelinesSupervising tailors and ensuring quality control Managing workshop schedules and inventory Supporting logistics, client communication, and internal systemsThis is a hands-on, full-time role with plenty of room to grow as the studio expands.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProven Team Leadership and Project Management abilitiesExperience in Sales and customer relationship managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field is preferredExperience in the fashion industry is a plus
