Role purpose
The British Council has been present in Albania for 30 years now. The Albanian British Council Examinations team runs exams such as IELTS, Cambridge English Qualifications and school exams across 5 locations in Albania, delivered through our partner network.
As the Country Exams Manager you will play a key role in setting, meeting and exceeding ambitious business targets by developing the exams strategy, optimising products and processes, delivering impactful and engaging communications, overseeing all risk management activities for Exams and engaging effectively with stakeholders in Albania.
Leading the Country Exams Team, you will be responsible for business planning and development, relationship management, quality assurance, and compliance, in order to provide a professional, sustainable and efficient exams service that meets customer needs and delivers the British Council strategy, standards and compliance requirements.
As the Country Exams Manager you will develop close relationships with British Council colleagues locally and regionally to support our shared objectives.
