Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating production operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality products. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and supervise a team of production workers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred.
