Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ankara

Main Job Purpose:

The Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing sales volume and achieving sales targets within a defined territory for specific categories and brands. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability and visibility in retail outlets. This role will report to Sales Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Performance:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned territory and product categories.

Implement sales plans and strategies to increase market share and volume.

Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers and distributors.

Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct regular store visits to assess customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Merchandising and Execution:

Ensure proper product placement, display, and merchandising in retail outlets.

Implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.

Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and other relevant data.

Track sales trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to improve sales performance.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
