We have great minds building disruptive technologies; as People Partner, you will collaborate with business leaders and managers on delivering business results in a very human and inclusive way.
As a People Partner in Endava you will:
Engage proactively with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to define and enable the People agenda and drive impactful business solutions.
Work directly with local and global People teams to create better cohesion of people's initiatives.
Become a point of contact for Managers and key stakeholders to consult with, and act as a change agent.
Manage Employee Relations, coaching and mentoring managers in resolving employee concerns.
Enable managers to apply the People team's strategies for the areas they lead, including supporting them through talent management, and enabling individual and collective capability development, focusing on team’s engagement and retention strategies.
Communicate and enable business transformation by developing an aligned action plan with senior leaders in support of cultural and business transformation. Translate complex business priorities into people priorities and actions.
Understand business goals and collaborate across the People team to implement new HR programs.
Enable succession management plans, as well as partner with hiring managers to determine appropriate skill gaps, identifying team structure improvements or career path planning.
Collaborate on complex initiatives, from project planning to execution.
Promote data literacy, and work with the team to identify ways to share meaningful insights.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
6+ years of progressive HR/People experience
3+ years of HRBP/Generalist experience
Prior HR experience with employee relations and compliance is required
Prior experience as people management (would be a plus).
Prior experience in technology services, international/global operations companies, or BPOs/consultancies.
Proven organizational and relationship-building skills to effectively handle stakeholders at different seniority levels in a high-growth and international company
Prior involvement in complex or large-scale change efforts.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Collaborative approach with a focus on creating win-win situations
Ability to coach and advise stakeholders.
Clear, concise verbal and written communication style
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas
Data and reporting experience.
Knowledge and use of HRIS/HCM applications (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) preferred.
Flexibility to adapt and embrace the spirit of continuous learning.
Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluent written and spoken English & Spanish. Portuguese would be a plus.
