Role: Business Analyst ( Montevideo, Uruguay )
Location: Montevideo, Uruguay
Responsibilities:
Works on medium to complex projects by following specific tasks and instructions
Reviews customer stories to clarify ambiguous points and details regarding user expectations
Collect, analyses and records relevant client information for inclusion in user story documents and deliverables, such as features, user flows, use cases, process diagrams and test cases.
Participates in daily calls and standup meetings with project teams, providing comprehensive updates on progress, developments, challenges, and project completion schedules.
Supports Project Manager in organizing and documenting meeting outcomes, and promptly communicates updates to the project team members.
Collaborate closely with the Business Relationship Management group by offering updates, guidance and direction about potential service improvement.
Adherence to quality compliance: maintain all aspects of SDLC standards during documentation creation (e.g. test cases).
Follow defined project plans, and regularly communicate progress and challenges with the Project Management Team.
Experience with analysis techniques and documentation required by standard Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (ex: agile & iterative waterfall)
Communicate, negotiate and problem-solve on behalf of project teams by acting as the communication and information hub on assigned projects.
Essential Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Business Administration, Economics or any other STEM Program with technical foundation is a pre.
English Language

Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, plus a solid background in oral and written communications are all essential.
Prior Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Testing Role will be an asset.
Must be comfortable participating in business requirements meetings to provide insights and capture customer objectives
Good at organizing information and gathering input into presentable work products
Must be capable of managing multiple assignments effectively, flexible to new assignments, and thrive working within a fast paced team environment.
Ability to learn new things rapidly
Be prepared to participate actively in all project phases as needed including supporting Quality Assurance tasks during test case preparation and system testing efforts
Must be willing to travel periodically for on-site customer support when required.

Other Skills
IT knowledge/ background.
Understanding of development concepts and agile methodologies

Good knowledge of MS office products.
Preferred Knowledge
Any previous experience in a technology company is a plus
Previous knowledge in the Financial Services Industry
