The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and optimize substation operations—ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance in line with international standards and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain HV/MV substations and related systems.Monitor and troubleshoot electrical equipment (transformers, breakers, relays, switchgear).Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with SEC, IEC, and IEEE standards.Support testing, commissioning, and safety procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.3–5 years’ experience in substation O&M (preferably in KSA/GCC).Strong knowledge of HV/MV systems, SCADA, and protection systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Employment Type: Full-time | On-siteIf you’re passionate about power systems and ready to make an impact with one of the leading energy players in KSA, we’d love to hear from you!
