Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the Japanese market, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, optimizing for ROI.
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to engage target audiences and generate leads.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with sales goals and product launches.
Create and adapt marketing materials for the Japanese market, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Manage the marketing budget for Japan, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on the Japanese market.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese.
Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of the local media landscape and advertising channels in Japan.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
