For more information, please visit www.primesourcebp.com\nWhy Join the PrimeSource Team?\nWhen you join the PrimeSource Team, you become part of a winning group that embraces a growth mindset through hard work, teamwork, and customer service!\nResponsibilities:\n Generates sales and increases revenue by identifying opportunities to sell and increase market penetration.\n Achieves sales budget through implementing customer and segment strategies to drive market share growth and customer retention.\n Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; and preparing quotations.\n Assesses competitors by identifying sales trends; market trends; competitor's discounts, service level changes, warranty, pricing, etc.\n Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.\n Services accounts by solving problems in sales, pricing, etc.; recommending appropriate solutions.\n Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.\n Builds sales through account sales strategy; market development, segment development; customer segmentation.\n Provides marketing materials/pricing/product to customers and reviews to increase understanding of product/marketing/merchandising\n Assist branch with product management to eliminate distressed merchandise and review/suggest merchandising tactics to increase sales and eliminate future product concerns\n Review reports on slow moving/non-moving merchandise by category with branch personnel to proactively prevent excess distressed merchandise\n Collaborate on opportunities in all categories as outlined and distributed by sales team leadership; provides market data to support PrimeSource position within the markets, review current sales compared to category/line projections and implement any corrective actions to close any gaps\n Update sales management monthly (minimum) as to action plans for target areas (categories/markets); monitor progress to sales growth vs plans in a clear and succinct fashion\nQualifications:\n 2+ years related experience in sales preferred.\n Ability to plan, develop, and execute sales plans required.\n Strong customer service skills required.\n Ability to communicate professionally to internal/external customers.\n Intermediate to advanced level PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office and internet search engines required.\nBenefits:\n 401(k) plan.\n Company-paid holidays.\n Paid vacation time.\n Medical, dental, and vision insurance.\n Life insurance coverage.\n Short- and long-term disability coverage.\n Employee referral program.\nEqual Opportunity Employer
