This position will be located in Roy, UT.What You'll Get To Do:Management and oversight of Government Property Management functions at one or more NGC site locations.Oversee subordinate staff as the focal point for the customer interaction.Perform supervisory responsibilities for a team of employee; including but not limited to hiring, training, mentoring, performance development, promotions, and compensation.Provide input to sector initiatives, plans, and processes related to Government Property.Drive strategy and direction to ensure compliant management of customer assets at the local level and align strategies and resources to site operational priorities and requirements.Advise leadership on all facets of the Government Property Management program (lifecycle management; from receipt to contract closeout).Execute processes associated with compliance requirements (Federal Acquisition Regulations [FAR] Government Property clauses, DCMA 8210.1E Instructions).Review internal program directives.Administer formal procedures, policies, practices, and processes relating to the management, control, and reporting of government property to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce organizational risk.Oversee all self-assessments, surveillances, program reviews, internal/external audit.Execute Corrective Action Plans; establish and lead root cause analyses and implement changes to mitigate non-compliances, in accordance with NGMS Command Media and any customer imposed Corrective Action.Create solutions for managing complex Government Property requirements, implement them effectively, and mentor all organizational levels on proper procedure for Government Property Management, utilizing a risk management approach.Interpret policies, procedures and Command Media applicable to Government Property to assess contract-specific regulatory/contractual obligations.Apply property control techniques and implement methods and practices such as continuous process improvement methods.Maintain direct interaction and oversight of subcontracts involving government property for adequacy of the supplier government property processes.Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Contracts or equivalent experience, or a Masters Degree with 5+ years of experience as stated above-Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) government property clauses, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).-Working knowledge of program planning, budgeting, and government property regulations-Prior experience in project management, customer engagement, performance tracking/reporting, or functional leadership positions-US citizen and must have and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearancePreferred Qualifications:-Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or other related area of expertise-Working knowledge of NGC and government property practices-Supervisory experience-Experience presenting to leadership-Direct property experienceWhat We Can Offer You:Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
