The Management Consultant supports EPAM account management to drive digital transformation initiatives within large Enterprise customers. The Management Consultant provides expertise across many topics with a focus on driving change programs across multiple teams/functions that can be sold & delivered across many industries.
Responsibilities:
Partner with EPAM account teams and other key stakeholders (delivery, technology and capability leads) to understand client pain points, strategic initiatives and desired business outcomes.
Conduct preliminary opportunity assessments with clients and develop associated recommendations.
Provide clients with domain/industry best practices and contribute to the client’s strategic roadmap development.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and establish personal credibility as a trusted advisor.
Work with EPAM delivery leadership to help ensure successful program outcomes.
Build frameworks, deliver training and actively disseminate knowledge/best practices within the EPAM organization.
Participate in the development of EPAM’s consulting capability via development of methodologies, accelerators and value propositions.
Participate in project-based consulting engagements, including project and engagement leadership, delivering actionable recommendations, mentoring consultants and delivering presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Identify and drive the development of thought leadership in areas of significant business relevance.
Generate case studies highlighting success stories.
Assist with pre-sales activities (e.g., RFP response, proposal generation, delivery estimations) by identifying relevant project experience, industry benchmarks and innovation themes.
Help assess and develop new consulting offerings.
Qualifications:
7+ years of Management Consulting or similar professional services experience, focused on supporting senior client leadership at Enterprise organizations.
Knowledgeable across industries such as: banking, finance, manufacturing, transportation or public sector. Ability to engage effectively with the C-level and influence them to consider solutions.
Domain expertise that aligns to digital transformation themes such as: organizational change management, process optimization, technology roadmap development, Agile/DevOps transformation and IT cost optimization.
Strong understanding of IT methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, DevOps.
Business and financial acumen including strategic planning, problem-solving, financial modeling and analysis.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including: written, verbal, presentation and facilitation. High-energy individual that is both effective and comfortable interacting with clients and internal delivery teams.
Prior involvement in business development including pre-sales support, proposal development and solution scoping.
Bachelors’ degree in related field; Masters’ preferred.
Competencies:
