Job Title: Remote IT RecruiterLocation: Remote from Dominican RepublicSalary: USD $1,200/month Schedule: 8am to 5pm EST - Responsibilities include:• Source, screen, interview and build meaningful relationships with prospective IT candidates to assess skill set, work history, salary requirements and alignment with client needs.• Conduct coordinated recruitment outreach through our various job boards along with messaging templates and a recruitment workflow.• Utilize our job boards and automation system and follow our recruitment processes and methodology to ensure best practices in candidate outreach.• Responsible for hitting weekly defined recruitment metrics around candidate screenings, submittals, interviews, and placements.• Collaborate daily by providing real-time updates from your recruiting and outreach efforts.• Thorough documentation of recruitment activity into our Applicant Tracking System- To be managed against the following KPI’s:• Hours spent actively sourcing• Candidates Screened• Candidates Submitted to the Sales team- Who we are looking for:• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a defined workflow and recruitment methodology.• Self-discipline and self-motivated• Ability to leverage technology and manage your time efficiently.• Ability to optimize our recruitment process and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.• Must possess strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Please send us your resume in English to Chriss@nearshore-staffing.com for further consideration.
