Join the OPTOMAN team as an Engineer.ResponsibilitiesOur team of R&D superheroes has developed a new process for the company—precision polishing of optical trays. We’re now looking for a colleague to take this lab breakthrough and scale it to mass production.

Operate and maintain polishing equipment to ensure flawless, stable performance. Prepare glass elements for polishing: inspection, rinsing, bonding, and quality checks. Set optimal polishing parameters to achieve the best results.

Perform metrology measurements (surface quality, figure/shape, deviations) and record the data. Act as a bridge between R&D and production: together with the team, initiate and run production trials for new items.
