JOB DESCRIPTION

The HRBP will be the first point of contact for employees, to respond and resolve daily HR-related queries and to collaborate with the specialized HR functions for guidance.

Responsible for designing and delivering specific HR project and change initiatives in close collaboration with specialist HR colleagues, in the areas of Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Rewards & Recognition etc.

Drive initiatives that develop and improve the overall effectiveness and performance management processes.

To assist the HRM/ HRD in establishing, improving & implementing HR policies/procedures

Propose HR solutions to meet specific requirements of business units to enable achievement of their strategic goals, providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of complex issues, to support informed decision making, in line with good practice and policy.

Drive culture changes to continuously improve employee engagement & retention within the divisions.

Build and maintain a strong business relationship with internal clients.

Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate (e.g., coaching, career development, succession planning, disciplinary actions)

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

3 - 5 years' experience as HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner with relevant industries in IT, Banking, and Retail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus

Strong understanding of all HR functions, process, and policies

Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict management skill.

Solution-oriented thinking skills, customer centric, teamwork oriented, attention to details.

Demonstrate maturity, high integrity, sound judgment & decision making ability

Knowledgeable in Vietnam labor law.

Good at written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English
