Head of Sales and Business Development Full-time Job

TestGear is an ambitious SaaS startup that grows 300% YoY. We are passionate about software development tools in general and test management systems in particular. We are looking for an exceptional person to fill in the Head of Sales position for our newly established EU trading house.

As a senior sales executive, you’ll be a part of a dynamic international team operating in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will set up and own sales and business development processes, identify new opportunities, execute contractual agreements and drive our success by leading the sales team and collaborating with the operational, marketing and product teams.
