Primary Purpose Of The JobWe are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Business Services team and drive the success of QatarEnergy’s TAWTEEN Program—a key initiative to localize the energy sector supply chain. You will oversee all TAWTEEN activities, manage digital platforms, and ensure smooth coordination across teams to achieve program goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate TAWTEEN initiatives to meet implementation targets.Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.Organize TAWTEEN forums and events in collaboration with PR.Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting of program performance.Oversee department budgets, policies, and quality standards.Build strong relationships with government bodies, investors, and partners.Support long-term planning and demand forecasting for the energy sector.Required Experience And SkillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, operations or supply chainStrong project management and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with digital platforms and basic IT systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain.
