They will work closely with the Digital Product Owner, Scrum Master, business subject matter experts across the entities and the Digital Delivery team to ensure smooth digital product delivery and lead the evaluation and adoption of the latest technologies in the Group’s digital transformation journey.What You'll DoGotomarket (GTM) planning and executionBuild and maintain GTM plans by segment and airline accountDefine adoption targets, success metrics, and reporting cadenceCoordinate launch checklists, readiness, and cutover plans with different stakeholdersUser engagement and programsOwn customer communication plans, playbooks, and training materialsPlan and run events, roadshows, and onsite sessions for new features and rolloutsSet up feedback loops, surveys, and user councils; consolidate insights into actionable requirementsProduct Development and testingLead, liaise and negotiate with end users to reach a consensus on the requirements, delivery schedule and resource commitment.Develop user process mapping, user cases and other functional specifications.Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing on platform functionalities, identify and report defects, and follow up with the team on resolution.Product adoption and change managementMap customer journeys for different personas and inputs; remove friction with clear SOPsTranslate customer pain points into wellformed user stories with acceptance criteriaTrack usage, identify gaps, and propose experiments to improve timetovalueStakeholder alignment and reportingMaintain shared status on GTM initiatives, risks, and dependenciesPrepare concise updates for leadership, including metrics and next actionsWhat You'll Need1. Functional and other Relevant Experience3+ years in business analysis, customer success, product operations, GTM program management or relevant fields.Experience in coordinating cross-functional releases and customer-facing initiativesExperience in Aviation MRO or airline operations will be a plus.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiencesProficiency with structured documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteriaComfortable with data-driven decision making and building simple dashboards or reportsAble to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.A dynamic, adaptive and quick learner with a successful track record in working on cross-functional and cross-team projects.

Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Eager to propose fresh ideas and able to deliver a pragmatic and solution-driven approach.2. Qualifications and other Relevant KnowledgeUniversity degree holder.Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with the ability to present ideas in a professional and organized manner.Japanese proficiency is a plus.Experience in UX/UI design (business processes/solution design) will be a plus.Able to travel regularly based on business needs.HAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
