Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide a unique customer experience, through:
Handling inbound customer calls, chats and emails.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
Problem-solving customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
Researching information and providing solutions.
Upselling when applicable.
Documenting details of every interaction in our internal systems.
Identifying and escalating issues accordingly.
Collaborating with colleagues in other teams when necessary to achieve team goals.
