As a German Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for offering professional support, by phone, email and chat, for our client’s users, based in Germany.
Responsibilities:
Be empathetic and understanding in all communications; use a high level of problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service;
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and utilize available tools to help customers;
Respond to client inquiries regarding order placement, product questions, issue resolution; this includes a range of topics to include account management, refunds and escalating complex issues to team leads;
Identify, evaluate and resolve client issues to provide first call resolution, document each situation to meet contractual metrics;
Ensure accurate, efficient, and respectful interaction with each customer by adhering to the provided customer service process flow and project information;
Follow proper departmental procedures to resolve client inquiries. Accurately document client contact to help determine ongoing trends within our organization and help build process efficiency through documentation;.

Requirements:

Proficient with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet applications; Experience in navigating multiple systems simultaneously (chat, email, phone);
Customer service and problem-solving experience are required. Professional, articulate and possess excellent verbal communication skills; you should also possess strong written communication and organizational skills;
Strong attention to details with an ability to quickly apply information from training to on-the-job situations; Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
