Job Description:
Working as a Business Partner to designated Business functions on HR agenda in the North (focus on Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc)
Implementing & delivering HR solutions to the Business:
Driving key HR processes: Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement
Coaching and advising Business Leaders on HR related issues
Working closely with HR functional experts to deliver HR solutions to the Business
Managing employee relations
Driving HR projects and initiatives
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
