Role purpose:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining relationship and increasing market share in segments by acquiring, developing, and retaining very high value accounts with substantial contract value (local, international and group accounts).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Account management: To own and lead relationship, strategy, planning and execution for customer accounts that generates higher revenues (international, group and local).
• Value Propositions: Own customer contract preparation based on the business’ strategic orientation ensuring appropriate commercial and risk trade-offs and developing long term partnership agreement
• Solution Sales: Own direct interface with strategic business customers to enable a 360 solution sell, understand better the business needs, improve customer satisfaction level and reduce customer churn. Leading large international commercial tenders.
• Product knowledge: Solid understanding of industry, telecoms & Vodafone portfolio (local, international and group offering). Identifying needs within customer segments in support of new services implementation and existing service evolutions. Delivering customer training on new systems.
• Internal interface: Lead and execute sales strategy that ensures that strategic accounts development strategy aligns to operational delivery capability through managing interlocks with relevant business stakeholders. Close cooperation with other departments of Vodafone such as technology, finance, marketing and customer care in order to accomplish successfully customers’ requests and contracts signed
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Sales field and Account Management, with exposure to large local and multinational companies; excellent track record of exceeding sales quota, strategic account management, solutions sales
• Advanced telecommunication technology understanding and product capabilities: data, voice, fixed, cloud, security, IoT.
• Contract preparation & negotiations skills and business cases evaluations (profitability, margins etc)
• Fluent English & Albanian both written & spoken
• Valid driving license
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Ability to provide accurate forecasts.
• Customer oriented with strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to represent Vodafone brand properly
