Call Center Representative Full-time Job

We are looking for talented and passionate Call Center Representatives to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Document all customer interactions in our CRM system

Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a call center environment preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
