You will play a key role in expanding our reach, identifying and engaging potential clients and funders, managing these client relationships, driving growth in participants attending programs, and supporting impactful activities and events that align with our mission. Primary Roles & Responsibilities Business Development:Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand market reach, meet KPIs and drive sustainable revenue and donation growth Researching potential leads and contacting them Design and execute growth strategies to effectively reach target markets Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build new connectionsRepresent and champion the Outward Bound brand, ensuring consistent and positive public visibilityRelationship and Retention Management:Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term engagement and retentionCollaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless program delivery that meets and exceeds clients’ expectationsSales Enablement and Performance Optimization:Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, grant applications, reports, pitch materials, and contractsDesign materials that clearly communicate the value of Outward Bound programmes and engage participationGenerate performance reports, analyze data for insights, and implement improvements to drive future growth and success Achieve annual revenue targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization as a whole Who You ArePurpose-driven and aligned with OBHK’s mission and valuesEnergetic, proactive, and a natural relationship builder with a “can-do” spiritWant to work with a vibrant social enterpriseExperienced in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in grant writing, education, social services, corporate training or team building Ideally has a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsFamiliar with the CRM tool HubSpot or similarA bachelor’s degree holder with 4-6 years of proven experience in sales or business developmentA compelling storyteller with excellent communication skills in both English and ChineseAble to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentWhat We OfferMedical insurance coverageDaily lunch providedA meaningful career with purposeWork in the beautiful Sai Kung area, surrounded by natureTo apply, please email a cover letter, resume with expected salary and availability to: recruitment@outwardbound.org.hk.
