An international consultancy engineering company is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our major project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Organizational Change Management and Business Readiness, with strong leadership capabilities in large-scale transformational programs.Key Responsibilities:Lead all change management work package activities, lead stakeholder engagement, maintain cohesiveness and sync across all work packages vis-à-vis business readiness.Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Business Readiness activities across all project phases.Ensure stakeholders, teams, and end-users are effectively prepared and aligned for transformation outcomes.Develop and implement change impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies.Coordinate with program leadership to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.Monitor change adoption, report progress, and manage resistance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or related field.15–20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management and Business Readiness.Proven lead-role experience in major transformational projects of similar scale.Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning skills.Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.Proficiency in English Language.
