Support Small Business Customers to develop their potential and provide them with first class client relationship experienceJob responsibilitiesContribute to the implementation of Raiffeisen Bank strategies, plans, initiatives, procedures to be applied in day to day Business, related with the Business customers target.To provide dedicated first-class services and banking expertise to portfolio of Small Business customers and prospective customers within target client segment.Manage relationship of the portfolio of small business client with clear set goals for penetration rates.Maintain and develop existing relationships with customers and ensure smooth communication channels.Assist with development of tailored solutions in alignment with product value proposition by working closely with internal parties/colleagues in specialized divisions.Contribute and maintain continuous contact with customer through meetings, phone calls, e-mails to ensure professional working relationship is established and proactively identify opportunities and provide superior service.Develop the strategy, action plan to grow customer profitability, wallet share with client, and loyalty.Keep up to date information on current banking services, regulatory procedures, Raiffeisen Banks internal compliance framework and new customer acquisition process.Work closely with credit teams to facilitate appropriate assessment of credit application within agreed deadlines and turnaround times, ensure accuracy and thoroughness of underlying data and provide proactive problem solving of application weaknessesTo achieve and exceed agreed financial goals on business portfolio: sales targets (net revenue and volumes) in loans, payments and accounts, Trade Finance products, Cards, insurance etc.Take proactive problem-solving actions for problematic portfolios, monitor client's current financial condition, anticipate any credit issues with aim to maintain loan portfolio within bank parameters and NPL ratio below agreed internal KPI’s.Provide feedback on customers, the market environment, and competitors for market development and product development purpose and initiate process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy of internal teams.Coordinate customer approach in close cooperation with branch staff to reach agreed targets for sales and customer development.To be compliant to banks credit policy, regulatory framework and risk management instructions on daily basis to maintain risk level and avoid fraud.Education: University degree in banking, finance, economics or related fieldLanguages: Good command of both written and spoken English.Experience: At least 3 years of relevant banking experienceSpecific Knowledge: Deep knowledge on financials & Accounting and customer value management.
