Brand Manager - Oral Care Category Full-time Job

As a Brand Manager you will be the CEO of your brand.

Your brand will be at the forefront of a strategic business decision with meaningful financial impact.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading market and brand analysis using different data sources to fully understand the business situation for the brand/category. Conduct a thorough investigation of the main business growth drivers, opportunities, and challenges, proposing the subsequent action plans with minimal guidance

• Support the Brand team to recommend the Brand Strategy, Objectives, and strategies for the short-term and long-term growth of the brand.

• Managing new product launches including commercialization plans with the sales team to meet volume goals.

• Crafting a Marketing Plan including sales analysis to meet financial goals for your Brand or Categories.

• Handling a budget of your own, managing your agency teams and in return you will quickly develop marketing expertise!

Qualifications

To best fit in this role, you need:

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome.

• Demonstrated leadership ability in school and/or in prior roles.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Have the passion to make a difference and an ability to collaborate well with different levels of an organization, teams and individuals.
