Recruitment Consultant-Repost Full-time Job

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Consult clients and conduct end-to-end recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to find and engage candidates.

Maintain and update candidate database, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service and maintaining open communication.

Identify business opportunities and expand the client base.

Provide career counseling to candidates, helping them to make informed decisions about their careers.

Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in employment laws.

Meet or exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Have a bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years of recruitment or HR-related experience.

Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with sourcing methods on various channels (online, social, community)

Excellent oral and written communication in English and Vietnamese to effectively communicate and liaise with parties.

Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Have good judgment, persistence, and an ability to cope with stressful situations.

Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively.

Ability to manage workload effectively to meet established deadlines, quality standards, and production goals.
