We’re Hiring | Contact Center Supervisor

Call Point is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Contact Center Supervisor to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and support Customer Service Representatives on a daily basis • Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and KPIs • Prepare performance reports and provide regular feedback • Support training, coaching, and team development initiatives

Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience as a Contact Center / Call Center Supervisor • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
