Job ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day ERP system support to end-users across different departments.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical ERP issues promptly.Monitor system performance and escalate issues to ERP Manager or vendor when required.Assist in ERP configuration, user management, and access control.Support ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) depending on company usage.Coordinate for patches, upgrades, and new releases.Document ERP processes, user guides, and issue-resolution steps.Train and support employees on ERP usage and best practices.Assist in data migration, data validation, and reporting as required.Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and ERP governance standards.Job RequirementBachelor’s degree or master’s degree plusMinimum of 3-year experiences in Retail or DistributionCustomer-oriented with a focus on user satisfaction.Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues.Team player with ability to work independently when needed.Adaptability to new technologies and system changes.
