Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support the Payments vertical, which manages our critical cross-border payment solutions. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of these critical programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
What You’ll Do
Project Management
Lead complex engineering programs with global impact.
Define and manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Act as Scrum Master when needed and train others in agile project management and Scrum.
Drive projects forward to deliver exceptional results, including planning, scheduling, execution, and risk management.
Collaboration & Strategy
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to define and prioritize technical requirements and solutions.
Create a holistic project view by synthesizing project-related information and facilitating communications between all parties, helping create program and product alignment across various stakeholder groups.
Ensure product quality, schedule adherence, and adherence to product roadmaps.
Develop innovative project plans for each development lifecycle to maximize effectiveness.
Develop and lead training for Agile team members when necessary.
Continuously identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that may impact timelines and budget.
Define and communicate overall roadmap(s) for Payments-related initiatives and product/platform solutions.
Facilitate the execution and launch of innovative Payments capabilities and functionality by engaging internal cross-functional teams and external third parties, and supporting required solution readiness, communications, deployment and documentation/training activities.
Establish KPIs (e.g., velocity, sprint capacity), generate program metrics/reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
Communicate technical solutions, concepts, and processes, as well as share project updates effectively, tailoring information based on the target audience, which includes individual contributors as well as executive leadership.
Drive project-level retrospectives and use findings to improve future project outcomes, processes, and tool usage, ensuring that Agile principles are applied across the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to organizational and operational scaling of project-related capabilities to manage Payments-related efforts.
Be able to act autonomously, solving impediments as needed in real time and at all organizational levels (individual contributor through C-Suite).
Who You Are
10+ years experience working as a technical project or program manager.
Experience in payments, technology and finance domains.
Proficient in various development methodologies and tools, Agile methodologies preferred.
Expert at JIRA/Confluence.
Strong knowledge of APIs, payments gateways, risk management, banking products and regulations, payment methods and technologies, compliance regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (PowerBI a plus).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Agile certifications or PM certifications, are desired, such as Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) , Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Expert in communicating in both written and verbal formats to executive audiences.
English fluency.
