Technical Leader .NET Full-time Job

Baufest is looking for a Technical Leader to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

Act as technical referent of the assigned teams, proactively collaborating in the definition of technical architectures and solutions to achieve the objectives set for each project. Promote the implementation of architectural, security and coding best practices to improve code quality, reuse components and shorten development cycles.

Collaborate with pre-sales teams in defining project solutions for prospective clients by proposing innovative technologies and frameworks.

Keep abreast of the evolution of technology (frameworks, languages, processes, new programming paradigms, architectures) and identify and implement technological opportunities in ongoing projects. Promote knowledge and evangelize project teams.

Be a multiplier, promoting that good ideas, components and solutions can be reused in several projects, helping others understand their value and encouraging their implementation.

Lead R&D (Research & Development) to prototype technologies and implement new technologies or propose solutions.

Identify risks and propose mitigating solutions, proactively acting so that no unexpected events impact the deliveries or escalate incidents of which the cause is technical.

Help in the evolution of Baufest processes.

Help the selection process of future colleagues through technical interviews to confirm their aptitudes in languages, programming methodologies and paradigms, database management and soft skills.

Mentor junior developers in coding best practices, architecture design, process definition and security best practices.

Participate actively in the Baufest developer community contributing their knowledge, expertise and propose technical topics for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Advanced level of .NET technologies

Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.

Knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure and AWS preferred).

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Knowledge in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular and/or Vue.

Ability to lead a team of developers and drive them toward excellence.

Experience in agile methodologies

Upper intermediate level of English is a must.

Desirable experience in functional testing.
