ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Minsk office of Wargaming is looking for a talented Technical Artist with a passion for graphics. Our team works on cutting-edge rendering technologies and their integration into Wargaming titles.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Collaborate with artists and engineers to optimize art assets for performance.
Develop tools and workflows to improve art production efficiency.
Research and implement new graphics technologies and techniques.
Create and maintain technical documentation for artists.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to art assets.
Participate in art reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to the overall visual quality of Wargaming games.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of 3D art production pipelines.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Lua.
Proficiency with industry-standard art software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with profiling and optimization tools.
Experience with shader development is a plus.
Portfolio demonstrating technical art skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with ray tracing or other advanced rendering techniques.
Knowledge of GPU architecture and performance optimization.
Experience with visual effects (VFX) development.
Knowledge of C++.
