What You'll Do:

The Sales Engineer (SE) will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with the customers’ business issues and objectives. The Sales Engineer possesses strong technical skills coupled with outstanding sales abilities and will work closely with sales to demonstrate how Kryon's solutions and platform meets customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participates with the Sales team as a lead technical resource in sales efforts including client calls, onsite visits, presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Performs extensive discovery on prospect customer requirements.

Effectively presents and demonstrates the value proposition of Kryon solutions, including features, benefits, competitive advantages and business impact.

Manages customer proofs-of-concept (POCs) – includes installing the Kryon platform and building out POC Robots

Ensures customer success, satisfaction, and account references.

Actively participates as a sales team member on assigned account team(s) including participation in internal meetings, pipeline development, strategic planning, and accurately forecasting

Provides on-going technical consultation, architectural recommendations, and best practices around Kryon solutions to sales team, partners, and customers.

Assists marketing with webinars, presentations, events and white papers as required.

Be the “voice of the customer” to Product Management.

Maintains expert-level knowledge of Kryon solutions (product knowledge, configurations, functionality and sales processes) as well as key industry trends

Must maintain knowledge of competitive product lines in order to effectively represent and differentiate Kryon from competition.

Required Experience:

4+ years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in pre-sales support as a sales engineer or solutions consultant

2+ years experience in RPA design, architecture, development and deployment of robotics process automation

Experience designing and delivering product demonstrations.

Understanding of complex Enterprise IT architectures including on-premise and Cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Familiarity with the business application ecosystems, and underlying infrastructure used in today's Enterprises.

Strong knowledge of technical sales techniques and processes (opportunity management, product demonstrations).

Ability to deliver a high level overview of RPA

Understanding of Workflow/ BPM Products in the Marketplace (OpenSpan, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, etc)

Hands on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Hands on experience in at least one programming language such as C#, Python, or Java is desired.

Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to large audiences, in-person and via web conference.

Understanding of business acumen.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to effectively communicate across all business levels from individual contributor to executive management.

High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and explain new technologies in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Self-starter attitude, highly motivated, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.

Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM experience.

Spanish/English Speaker.

Able to travel occasionally as business requires.
