SureWerx continues to grow and as a result, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent and Learning Manager who will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and who will lead our talent acquisition and learning initiatives across the organization.The Talent and Learning Manager will be responsible for designing and executing scalable programs that attract onboard and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with our business goals and foster a culture of continuous growth and excellence.The Talent and Learning Manager role is open to candidates who can work on a hybrid schedule and within reasonable commuting distance to our office in Elgin, IL.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for all levels of the organization (excluding executive-level roles)Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on third-party recruitersPartner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelinesLeverage technology and best-in-class recruitment practices to continuously improve the process and ensure we are meeting our key stakeholders’ needs and key recruitment metricsDesign and implement in-house onboarding, training and professional development programsLeverage technology to optimize training content, scalability and cost efficiencyCreate scalable learning solutions that support functional excellence and employee retentionEvaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs through feedback and performance outcomesIn partnership with SureWerx business partners, conduct training needs assessments and design and implement training programs aligned with organizational priorities (upskilling/reskilling)Align hiring and learning plans with business needs and growth objectivesCollaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and future capability requirementsChampion a learning culture that supports career progression and internal mobility.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development or related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience in recruitment and learning and developmentExperience working with HRIS platforms (Hi-Bob a plus), Articulate 360, and other learning management systems (LMS).Excellent communication and facilitation skillsOut-of-the-box thinker with in-depth knowledge of HR processes and systemsStrong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Able to work in a fast paced/dynaenvironment and balance multiple priorities.Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams using good judgment.Customer service oriented with a sense or priority and purposeSureWerx is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
