About the Role

As a Medior/Senior Full Stack Developerat MSET, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team that thrives on continuous learning and innovative problem-solving. Reporting on-site, you will work on diverse projects with a talented team experienced in both back-end and front-end technologies. This role involves working across the full development stack to build and maintain solutions that meet our clients' needs.

What You’ll Do

• Engage in back-end and front-end development, primarily in.NET(with C#) andJavaScript/TypeScriptwithVue.jsas the main framework.

• UtilizeSQL Serveras the primary database, with additional exposure to MongoDB as a plus.

• Work closely with a team of experienced developers across various fields to deliver production-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with team members on knowledge sharing and mentorship, learning from 7 senior developers in a range of tech fields.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who bring a strong background in production-grade projects, with proven experience in both team-based work and individual responsibility. You should possess solid skills in at least one specialized area, whether that’s front-end, back-end, or specific frameworks or technologies. This is a full-stack role, so understanding the entire development lifecycle and the ability to collaborate across various domains is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Solid foundation in.NET(C#),JavaScript/TypeScript, andVue.js.

• Database Proficiency: Experience withSQL Server; familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.

• DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity withAzure DevOpsandCI/CD pipelinesis a plus.

• Development Experience: Prior work on production-level products or projects, ideally in a collaborative, team-based environment.

• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently while contributing to a team, and excellent communication skills.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
