The positionBy joining our Technical Integrity and Operational Support team on the Dogger Bank Project in Equinor Renewables sector you will have the opportunity to-

Ensure implementation of all cranes, lifting and material handling equipment related maintenance programs.

Carry out periodic reviews and subsequent updates to maintenance programs where required.

Review technical queries relating to cranes, lifting and material handling equipment, evaluate modification proposals and provide operational support to Operations Engineers in all technical matters.

Support Prepare for Operations (PfO) processes throughout handover phase of project through review and approval of equipment Technical Acceptance Certificates (TAC) and Ready for Operations Certificates (RFOCs).

Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for discipline.

Support Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) activities for discipline.

Own, maintain and develop performance standards related to cranes, lifting and material handling safety critical equipment.

Deliver technical integrity evaluations though development and use of digital tools in order to contribute to overall management and visualisation of the integrity of the windfarm.

Own, maintain and develop Work Requirement (WR) documentation for discipline, ensuring lifting operations are in compliance with all applicable regulations, standards and legislation.

An excellent technical understanding of cranes, lifting and material handling equipment and lifting operations, preferably from an operations and maintenance background. You'll possess extensive experience working in the cranes and lifting sector within offshore wind and / or offshore oil and gas industry.

A Bachelors Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

Good working knowledge of Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER).

Experience in writing and reviewing Lift Plans.

Previously held the role of Technical Authority (TA) or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Lifting.

Experience with heavy lift / major component change outs.

Ability to pass (or already hold) required medical and offshore safety training. As some infrequent offshore visits to support maintenance and fault-finding activities may be required.
