Software Development Instructor Full-time Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Developer Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating software development training sessions for our internal and external clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver software development training programsFacilitate learning through hands-on activities and real-world projectsCollaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materialsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programsProvide support and guidance to participants throughout the training processContinuously improve and update training programs to meet the changing needs of the industry.Provide mentorship and coaching to participants to help them develop their skillsOrganize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparationKeep up-to-date with the latest developments in software development and technologyWork with management to identify training needs and develop training plans for the organizationParticipate in the development and implementation of software projects as neededQualificationsProven experience as a software developer and trainerStrong knowledge of software development principles and methodologiesExperience with a variety of programming languages and technologiesExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasksStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience leading and managing software development teamsStrong understanding of Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with project management tools and techniquesExperience with e-learning platforms and toolsStrong leadership and decision-making skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
