Powered by data and automation, we help clients cut fleet operations costs by 35-60% while ensuring seamless quality at scale.We're looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our HQ Operations Team in Tallinn (or remote within Europe).You'll report directly to the COO and own the full service execution journey - from training and infrastructure to equipment readiness, quality assurance, and process optimisation.

What You'll DoOwn service implementation: Ensure every market has the full service process live and compliantGuarantee readiness: Make sure each market has the right equipment, infrastructure, and service stations to perform efficientlyTrain and upskill teams: Provide the knowledge, tools, and playbooks people need to deliver great service — based on your own hands-on field experienceMonitor performance: Track operational KPIs, identify root causes of underperformance, and drive data-based corrective actionsBe on the ground: Travel to markets whenever needed (including expansions) to validate processes, audit quality, and help fix service bottlenecksLead process improvements: Design and optimize workflows for all FleetFox services — washing, relocation, fueling, logistics, and inspectionsDrive KPI ownership: Manage and improve key metrics such as:Service SLA Score (Quality + Efficiency + Fraud prevention)Average Service Time vs Nominal (Variance %)City readiness score (training, equipment, infra, SOP compliance)Service Gross ProfitRequirements WHO YOU AREField-hardcore operator: Decisive, action-oriented, and allergic to excuses.
