With a strong local ownership of 80%, IPL has established itself as a reliable and strategic partner in the document scanning and imaging industry within the AU/NZ region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer / Technician, based in Albury, NSW. The role involves providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair work, and troubleshooting for document and imaging equipment. The technician will conduct field services, including installation, diagnostics, and repair. Excellent communication with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of the role.QualificationsStrong skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficientlyExperience in providing Field Service, including on-site visits for equipment maintenance and repairTechnical Support expertise to assist customers in resolving issues both remotely and in personProficiency in Maintenance & Repair of scanning and imaging devicesExcellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team membersRelevant technical certifications or a background in engineering, electronics, or a related field is beneficialAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in document scanning technologies, IT, photographic or similar industries is a plus
