Your tasks
Drive implementation of communication and marketing strategy in alignment with central departments in Germany, ASEAN countries and local specifics.
Support and implement activities regarding online- & offline marketing.
Cooperate with sales teams to define business development goals.
Elaborate the marketing budget plan.
Evaluate and monitor activities based on relevant KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Identify & create lead generation.
Work in cooperation with relevant suppliers.
Manage PR requests and align it with corporate communication in ASEAN region.
Lead market and competitor analysis.
Actively network with relevant partners, media, suppliers, Bosch-colleagues & other stakeholders to strengthen the market position.
Prepare and give presentations as needed.
Provide recommendations and implement online measures based on defined communication goals.
Ensure website content maintenance together with agency partners.
Manage implementation of SEM campaigns.
Lead implementation of marketing automation projects (e.g. Mailchimp, Pardot)
Track and evaluate activities and recommend improvements.
Planning and follow up of social media activities with agency.
Management of website content updates.
Implementation and further development of SEO measures in collaboration with the agency.
Work closely with other departments and relevant suppliers.
Act as consultant to define success measures and identify possible improvement potentials for new campaigns.
Act as an innovator on new topics and implement suitable measures to make them available in Bosch.
Your Profile
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in the implementation of various campaigns & activities (both online & offline).
Excellent social- and communication skills paired with a strong leadership mentality
Well structured, process-oriented & analytical with a strategic approach to problems & decision-making.
Proven track record of generating leads in B2B sales environment
Solid know-how of online and offline marketing (incl. CRM, Social media, website analysis, event planning & execution)
Proficiency in dealing with suppliers and internal Bosch departments.
Extremely proficient in English, any additional ASEAN languages is a plus.
Familiarity with working in interdisciplinary and global teams
Confident, pro-active personality with a clear can-do mentality
Excellent intercultural experience
Experience in automotive area or automotive sales environment is a plus.
