JOB TITLE: SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our retail marketing team. You’ll play a key role in creating digital content, organising events, coordinating in-store promotions plus general administrative duties.

DO YOU HAVE:

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or a related field

3+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or content production

Experience in managing website content, online marketing tools, and social media scheduling platforms

Skills in basic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut); Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro is preferred

Experience working with print production

Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media metrics

A track record of creating engaging online content

Experience in producing marketing briefs, schedules, budgets, and reports

A high level of creativity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

A valid driver’s license and own transportation

WE WANT YOU TO:

Support the retail marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across Active Capital’s businesses

Create digital content, including graphics and reels, for social media

Schedule and manage social media campaigns

Assist with in-store collateral, events, website updates, and marketing campaigns

Collaborate with production companies and printers for timely delivery of printed assets

Visit stores to manage distribution and merchandising of promotional materials

Conduct market research and track competitor activity

Support the team with administrative tasks

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
