Job Title: Senior IT ManagerLocation: Lagos, NigeriaIndustry: ManufacturingJob Type: Full-Time (onsite)Salary range: Naira 1.2 – 1.3MPrimary Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & Network Restructuring* Oversee communication systems to ensure seamless internal and external connectivity.* Improve current internet bandwidth by introducing new ISP vendors or IT equipment and tools.* Manage IT infrastructure projects, including data centre upgrades, cloud migration, and system integrations.Vendor Development & Pricing Contracts* Develop relationships with IT distributors and technology vendors to ensure optimal sourcing and support.* Negotiate and manage pricing contracts in USD to optimize IT procurement and cost efficiency.* Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and service level agreements (SLAs).Service Level & IT Operations Management* Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality IT support and operations.* Optimize IT service delivery, implementing ITIL best practices.* Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution to minimize downtime and improve system performance.Security & Compliance* Establish IT security policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.* Conduct risk assessments and implement cybersecurity best practices.* Ensure adherence to global IT standards and data protection laws.Qualifications & Skills:* Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.* 8+ years of IT management experience, with expertise in infrastructure and vendor development.* Experience with network restructuring and enterprise communication systems.* Strong vendor negotiation skills, including pricing contracts in USD.* Expertise in enterprise IT project management and service level management.* Knowledge of ERP, SAP S/4 Hana and ITIL frameworks is a plus.* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Qualified candidates should send CVs to thefutureedgelimited@gmail.com using the job title as the subject of the mail
