We specialize in implementing and optimizing HCM solutions for clients across multiple regions.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to join our HCM Team. This position is aligned to North American Eastern Standard Time and requires working the night shift in Mauritius.

The Consultant will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Dayforce implementations using best practices, ensuring a seamless experience from requirements gathering through deployment.Key Responsibilities• Lead and support configuration and delivery of Dayforce WFM, Payroll, and Benefits modules • Document and validate customer business requirements and translate them into Dayforce configurations • Provide functional and best-practice guidance to clients during implementation sessions • Test, troubleshoot, and implement Dayforce solutions to meet client requirements • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines • Conduct client workshops and prepare detailed meeting minutes and documentation • Maintain accurate updates in project tracking and billing systems • Stay current with new Dayforce product releases and functionality enhancements • Deliver user training and ongoing post-implementation support as requiredSkills & QualificationsEducation: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldExperience & Technical Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in Dayforce HCM consulting, specifically in WFM, Payroll, and/or Benefits • Prior experience implementing or supporting HCM solutions for North American clients • Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, time tracking, pay calculation, and benefits administration • Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools (XML, XSLT, API feeds, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation best practices Soft Skills: • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken) • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities • High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery • Team-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment Shift Information • Aligned with North American Eastern Standard Time (EST)Share your CV to: qaynaat.gopaul@bdo.mu
