SENIOR MANAGER – HR OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIONOur client in the events industry is seeking a Senior Manager – HR Operations & Administration to lead all HR and administrative functions. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and delivery of efficient employee services.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Lead HR administration, payroll, and policy implementation.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal procedures.Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.Partner with leadership to drive organizational efficiency and a positive workplace culture.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR degree preferred).Minimum 10 years of HR experience.Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.Experience in the events or creative industry is an advantage.English and Arabic language skill preferred.
