As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

Design and implement robust data models and analytical frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define key metrics and KPIs.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and inform decision-making.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.

Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Actively participate in the planning of analytical infrastructure development.

What You Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.

Solid understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

Advanced level of English, both verbal and written

Will be a plus:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

Understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.
