With a mission to deliver world class perception systems for Physical AI and safely integrate robotics and AI into everyday life, RealSense provides intelligent, secure and reliable vision systems that help machines navigate and interact with the human world.About the roleManaging the procurement process for goods and services required by the Org focused on in-direct purchasing and R&D materials with emphasis on cost-effectiveness.This role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement purchasing process & policies aligned with organizational goals.Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Ensure all procurement activities meet SLA.Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities including both PO’s and invoicingVendor Management:Manage AVL (Approved Vendors List) and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Negotiations and Contracts:Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.Manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Logistics and Inventory:Manage internal import and export activitiesRequirementsEducation and Experience:Academic degree in related fieldProven 5+ experience as a Purchasing ExpertFluency in EnglishSkills and Competencies:Strong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent analytical and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in procurement software and tools (NetSuite and Excel)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentResults-driven with a strong understanding of procurement processes and excellent problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements – an advantage
