This on-site role focuses on engaging clients, understanding their needs, and promoting architectural materials and façade solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent service, managing sales pipelines, conducting client meetings, delivering presentations, and coordinating with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.Promote and sell a wide range of architectural materials, including aluminum systems, glass products, wire mesh, and interior finishing solutions.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions and applications.Provide technical support and guidance on product selection, specifications, and installation processes.Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and report on sales performance to achieve or exceed targets.Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions where required.Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and project completion.Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.Train junior sales staff or clients on product knowledge and application techniques.Qualifications and skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proven track record in sales and sales management, preferably in construction, architectural, or building materials sectors.Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to clients.Experience in training team members or clients on product knowledge is a plus.Knowledge of architectural or construction-related materials is an advantage but not mandatory.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups.Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries and project challenges.
